Yext Announces Pricing of Proposed Offering of Common Stock

NEW YORK, March 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT), the leader in digital knowledge management (DKM), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,100,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $21.50 per share pursuant to an effective Registration Statement on Form S-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").  In addition, Yext has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of its common stock.  The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $131.2 million.  All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Yext.
