Yext Appoints Seth Waugh to Board of Directors

NEW YORK, March 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Yext, Inc. (NYSE: YEXT), the Search Experience Cloud company, today announced that it will appoint Seth Waugh, CEO of the PGA of America, to its Board of Directors, effective March 3, 2020.

Waugh is the current CEO of the PGA of America, responsible for driving the overall strategy of one of the largest sports organizations in the world. Prior to the PGA of America, he served as the CEO of Deutsche Bank Americas for a decade, propelling the bank's expansion in the United States. Previously, he was Co-head of Global Debt Markets at Merrill Lynch, where he worked for more than 10 years.

Waugh also serves on the board of Franklin Resources, Inc., as a senior advisor at the technology investment firm Silver Lake and on the advisory board of Workday, Inc.
